For nearly five years, I’ve poured my heart into the aesthetics industry gaining knowledge, perfecting my skills, and learning what truly makes clients feel seen, cared for, and confident in their own skin. Over time, I felt a strong pull to create something of my own, a business built on my values, experience, and passion for helping others. That’s how Heavenly Touched Aesthetics was born. I decided to begin as a luxury in-home business because I wanted to make professional, high-quality treatments accessible, personal, and convenient bringing the luxury spa experience directly to my clients’ doors. I believe that beauty is a gift from God, and part of honoring that gift is cherishing the skin and body we’ve been given. My mission is to provide results-driven treatments that are not only professional and luxurious, but also deeply personal helping each client nurture their beauty with confidence, care, and grace.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Heavenly Touched Aesthetics, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure that all clients receive timely access to our appointment availability, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your reserved time to clients on our waitlist. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 30% charge of the booked service fee. This fee compensates for the time set aside specifically for you and the impact on other clients awaiting appointments. Payment of Fees: The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, or it must be paid before booking any future services. We understand that emergencies and unexpected events can occur, and we are happy to review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
